Felipe Oyarzún

Felipe Oyarzún Riquelme has a degree in Law and Social Sciences from the Law School of the University of Chile, approved with highest distinction (2016).

He is an associate of the law firm DAL POZZO Y MEDINA ABOGADOS where he works in the area of litigation and criminal counseling.

Previously, he worked as an attorney at Telefónica Chile S.A. (2013). Subsequently, he worked as Public Criminal Defender in the Regional North Metropolitan Public Defender’s Office (2017-2022).

In 2018, he passed the Diploma in Economic Criminal Law at the Catholic University of Chile, and is currently taking a Master’s Degree in Evidentiary Reasoning taught by Universitat de Girona (Spain) and Universitá degli studi di Genova (Italy).

In 2021, he published the article “Aplicación de las máximas de la experiencia en un modelo de valoración racional de la prueba in the collaborative book “Proceso, Prueba y Epistemología Ensayos Sobre Derecho Probatorio” (Dir. Jesús Ezurmendia – Editorial Tirant Lo Blanche).
