Gonzalo Medina Schulz

Gonzalo Medina is a partner of Dal Pozzo Medina Abogados and a partner of Worth Street Group. 

He is an attorney from the University of Chile and serves as assistant professor of the Department of Criminal Sciences at that university, where he was Head of that Department. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Chile Transparente.

He is a guest professor in several postgraduate programs of Criminal Law and Compliance in Chile and abroad and author of several publications on criminal law and criminal procedure. 

His practice focuses on criminal litigation and criminal advisory services, particularly in white collar crime, corporate criminal liability and corporate compliance. As a criminal defense attorney, he has been part of several high-profile cases in recent years.

Previously, he was a partner at Harasic, Medina & Dal Pozzo Abogados, at Dal Pozzo & Medina Abogados, at Libedinsky, Medina & Rieutord Abogados and also worked as Head of the Studies Unit of the Public Criminal Defender’s Office.

Mr. Medina regularly serves as an advisor to the government and congress in the drafting of the Chilean corporate criminal liability law and regularly advises the authorities on criminal law matters.  He has vast experience in advising Chilean and international companies in the design of compliance programs.

He is fluent in Spanish, English and German.
